With over 5 years of experience, Max can assist with everything from hardware replacements in laptops and desktops, virus and malware removal, data recovery, general servicing and maintenance, new custom builds, software troubleshooting and even tuition for those looking to upskill . MAX I.T DOES NOT OPERATE THROUGH A SHOPFRONT. THIS KEEPS OVERALL COSTS DOWN MEANING THE SAME PROFESSIONAL SERVICE, WITH A MUCH CHEAPER COST FOR THE CLIENT. This does not mean that new and existing clients cannot organise to drop off equipment to the workshop. As an additional security measure, Max does not openly advertise the exact physical location of the workshop until the job is coordinated and booked in. G’day my name is Luke Parsons I have a PC gaming rig that is worth over 7000 dollars. This is my baby and pride of joy. I was having major technical issues which I didn’t know what to do so I tried many IT teams in Canberra and none wanted to touch it or go near it for the fear factor of what my PC is. So I was stuck with a pc that was not working properly till I meet Maxwell IT. Not only did he fixed it. He helped me with pointers on how to maintain it better.
